View or Edit Payment Method

Prior to checkout, you can change your card information on either the My Account page or the order checkout page for web. For mobile, tap the profile icon on the top left of the app and scroll to ""Payment."" You can select the last card used on your account, or create a new payment method by clicking the ""Use Another Payment Card"" button. 

If you have already submitted your order, you may not change the payment method. Please double-check your order to ensure the change is applied to your preferred card.

Please Note: You will need to click Confirm to lock in a new card after entering in your information.

Paying with Multiple Cards

Split billing is currently not available. If you have any questions or need clarification for your accounting purposes, please contact us for clarification.

Payment Issue Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues with placing your order, we recommend checking that:

- The expiration date matches the one on your card. 
- The billing ZIP code matches the ZIP code on file with your bank (this may be different than your delivery address).
- The CVV number matches your number on the back of your card.
- Reach out to your bank for assistance.
- Try another payment method.
