Edit the Pickup or Delivery Time

ASAP

ASAP allows you to place an order for immediate pickup or delivery. When you select ASAP, you'll get an estimated pickup or delivery time. The wait time for orders is dependent on a combination of factors including: current Caviar order volume, current restaurant order volume, the number of active couriers available for delivery, traffic/weather delays, and overall distance. The latest potential pickup or delivery time is quoted on the order receipt which is sent after check-out.

If you need to change the time of pickup or delivery on your order, you will need to contact us immediately and we will notify the restaurant and/or courier (if applicable) of your change as soon as possible. At times, meals cannot be re-scheduled if the order has been prepared or is out for delivery. During peak hours, expediting an order is dependent on the order size, restaurant, and current volume. However, we'll always do our best.

Scheduled

We offer same-day scheduling and scheduling for orders up to seven days in advance. You can select a pickup or delivery window, either above your selected restaurant or on the checkout page, using the drop-down menus for date and time located at the top of the page. You can also edit your pickup or delivery time during the final checkout screen in the Cart Details box by clicking the Change button. Make sure you click the Confirm button to lock in the new time.

If your desired pickup or delivery window is unavailable, please check the restaurant's hours of operation, visible at the top of the restaurant page. It is possible the restaurant selected is not open for orders during the time you selected.

If the restaurant hours indicate that it is open and your desired window is still not available, the number of allowable orders for that hour has been exceeded, and the merchant is unable to accommodate additional orders for that time. Please select the next available window to check out.

Please Note: We recommend placing your scheduled orders at least 24 hours in advance, though more advanced notice will ensure your place in that window, especially during high volume times.
