Missed Orders for Delivery by Caviar

Upon arrival to your location, our couriers will attempt to contact you either in-person, text, and/or email. If we cannot get in touch with you after 10 minutes for Caviar orders your order will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued once our courier is reassigned to their next order.

If you are not available for pick-up, the courier will make a best effort to call you and leave the order at your doorstep, mailbox, or other secure location, but we cannot guarantee a safe place will be available.

Missed Orders for Pickup

Any orders that have not been picked up at the restaurant 10 minutes after the proposed pickup time are subject to be forfeited at the restaurant’s discretion. If you are not able to pickup your order at the proposed pickup time, please contact the restaurant immediately with your Order Number to communicate any delays or changes.

Please note: If the restaurant is required to prepare your items again due to any delays in pickup, subsequent charges at the restaurant may apply.

If you are no longer able to pickup your order and need to cancel, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to try to cancel the order before the restaurant starts preparing your items. If the restaurant has already begun preparing your items, the order cannot be canceled and no refunds can be issued.

Missed Orders for Delivery by the Restaurant

For orders delivered by the restaurant, refunds and credits due to forfeits will be provided at the discretion of the restaurant.
