After completing your order, you will see a receipt and a confirmation page that shows your order summary. This page will also update when the order is confirmed by the restaurant, and when the order is ready for pickup or is Out For Delivery with your courier.

GPS Tracking for Delivery
Our couriers are asked to update the status of your order and delivery. GPS tracking will not be activated until the courier arrives at the restaurant, and will update after the courier is en route to your location. If the end of your delivery window is approaching and the status has not been updated, please contact us so we can communicate the order status to you.
Once your order is en-route, you'll receive an email, text message, or push notification (depending on your selection) which will give you an updated status. The page displays a map pinpointing your courier's location along with a real-time delivery ETA.
Please keep in mind that our delivery windows can fill up rapidly during our lunch and dinner rushes, 11am—1pm and 5pm—9pm, respectively.
We do our best to ensure all orders are delivered before our projected delivery ETA, however, this is not always possible. Our ETA is affected by Caviar’s order volume, distance, local events/weather, and the number of orders the restaurant has received. Any ETA changes will be communicated via text, email, or push notification.
