Forfeit Orders

Upon arrival to your location, our couriers will attempt to contact you either in-person, text, and/or email. If we cannot get in touch with you after 10 minutes for Caviar orders your order will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued once our courier is reassigned to their next order.

If you are not available for pick-up, the courier will make a best effort to call you and leave the order at your doorstep, mailbox, or other secure location; but we cannot guarantee a safe place will be available.
