Update Account Information

Your account information, including your password, order address, credit card information, and contact information can be adjusted at any time by logging in, clicking your name on your Caviar page, and selecting "Account Settings.” From here, you can update your information as needed.

Update Delivery Information for a Current Order

If you have submitted an order and your delivery address needs to be updated, please Contact Customer Support immediately. If your courier has not gone out for delivery, we can change your order to reflect your new location. If they are already en-route, we can contact them directly with the rerouted information. We cannot guarantee that the courier will be able to reroute, depending on the distance and time to the new location. We will try our best to accommodate the change. 

Please Note: Orders may not be routed outside of our delivery service region or between different service regions.
