When visiting Caviar for the first time, you are able to filter restaurant availability by Pickup or Delivery, Address or Current Location, and ASAP or Schedule for Later. Once you have completed these filters, the system will display available restaurants or notify you if the address is currently not in our delivery zone. The website and app will automatically display restaurants that are currently open and accepting orders.
Please be sure to select your preferred address in order to see the full list of available restaurants. You can adjust the desired pickup or delivery time to see whether more restaurants are an option for later.
Check an Address
Addresses that are located within our delivery zone, but are not recognized, may be adjusted by our Customer Support agents. To troubleshoot from home, please check that Google Maps recognizes your delivery address and that the ZIP code provided is correct. Our system does not recognize in-law apartments. Please direct the courier to the nearest street address in your Delivery Special Instructions or contact us if you need to relay any specific information to ensure prompt delivery.
