When visiting Caviar for the first time, you will be able to filter restaurant availability by Pickup or Delivery, Address or Current Location, and ASAP or Scheduled for Later. Once you have completed these filters, the system will display any available restaurants or notify you if the address is currently not available in our delivery zone. The website and app will automatically display restaurants that are currently open and accepting orders. You can adjust the desired pickup or delivery time to see whether availability from more restaurants is an option for later.
Check an Address
Addresses located within our delivery zone, but are not recognized, may be adjusted by our Customer Support staff. To troubleshoot from home, check that Google Maps recognizes your delivery address and that the ZIP code provided is correct. Our system does not recognize addresses or in-law apartments. Please direct the courier to the nearest street address or contact us if you need to relay any specific information to ensure prompt delivery.
