If you would like to add an item to your order, place another order for the same pickup or delivery window and we'll combine them for you. Contact Customer Support as soon as possible to ensure both orders are delivered together and to waive your second delivery fee (if applicable). While we will make our best attempt to combine two orders, this is not guaranteed and is dependent on proximity to the initial order and current restaurant and support volume.
Please note: After placing an order, there is a 5 minute lock before an additional order can be placed from the same restaurant.
Modify or Cancel An Order
If you wish to modify an order that has already been placed, call or email us at least 30 minutes before your pickup or delivery window so we can coordinate with the restaurant. Note: significant changes may cause delivery delays but we will do our best to accommodate them.
For orders placed on web or iOS, you can cancel an order using the orange button on the order confirmation page. After the first 60 seconds you will need to Contact Customer Support to request a cancelation. For Catering orders we require 24 hour notice before an order can be canceled.
Cancellations are subject to approval by the restaurant staff and dependent on whether or not the order has been started. If your meal is already in production, no refunds may be issued and the order can not be canceled. We will, however, do our best to reroute the order to try and accommodate you.
